1. Booking Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability and become confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email from Pernari Apartments.

2. Payments

Payment terms may vary depending on the booking source and rate selected at the time of reservation. Guests may be required to provide a deposit or full prepayment according to the reservation policy.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate and booking platform. Guests are advised to review the cancellation terms provided during the reservation process and in their confirmation email.

4. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: until 10:00

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

5. Number of Guests

Only the number of guests stated in the reservation are permitted to stay in the apartment unless prior approval has been granted by the property.

6. Children

Children of all ages are welcome. Availability of baby cots or extra beds is subject to prior request and availability.

7. Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Guests may use outdoor areas where permitted.

8. Pets

Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to arrival.

9. Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, furniture, equipment or property during their stay. The property reserves the right to recover the cost of repairs or replacements if necessary.

10. Housekeeping

Cleaning services and linen or towel changes are provided according to the property’s housekeeping schedule.

11. Liability

Pernari Apartments shall not be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the guest’s stay.

12. Force Majeure

The property shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes or other unforeseen events.

13. Privacy

Personal data collected during the booking process are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation and using this website, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
